Meet Tiah Barnes, an eclectic and creative force hailing from the world's creative capital, New York City! Tiah is a published author, motivational speaker, educator: school psychologist & administrator, DEI practitioner, and wellness and fitness coach.
As a wellness and fitness practitioner for over 15 years she holds a multitude of certifications. Most to her credit is her ability to inspire and motivate others to center wellness & fitness as a lifestyle not a task.
She lives her brand, at 54 she has regulated her high blood pressure, maintained a healthy size, conquered body dysmorphia, overcome her fear and taught herself how to swim, compete for the cover of a fitness magazine, and started a new journey as a marathon runner!
